Mango Passion Matcha

Ingredients:

  • 5g Voglia Ceremonial Matcha
  • 50ml hot water (80ºC)
  • 20g Voglia Mango Puree
  • 15g (10ml) Voglia Passionfruit Syrup
  • 20g condensed milk
  • 150ml milk
  • 130g ice

Process:

Using a whisk (or hand mixer), brew the matcha in hot water until frothy, and set aside to cool. Take the milk, and stir in the puree, syrup and condensed milk. Pour this milk mixture over ice in a glass, add your brewed matcha on top at the very end, and serve.
