Vanilla Cloud Matcha

Ingredients:

  • 5g Voglia Ceremonial Matcha
  • 50ml hot water (80ºC)
  • 30g (20ml) Voglia French Vanilla Syrup
  • 20g condensed milk
  • 130g ice
  • 150ml milk
  • 20g cold foam

Process:

Using a whisk (or hand mixer), brew the matcha in hot water until frothy, and set aside to cool. Take the milk, and stir in the syrup and condensed milk. Pour this milk mixture over ice in a glass, add your brewed matcha on top, followed by cold foam, and serve.

Garnish:

To make cold foam, whip together 10g heavy cream and 10g milk until you achieve the thick (yet pour-able) consistency you desire. Top off your matcha with this cold foam for an executive touch.
